Gurmaar Gymnema Sylvestre

Organic Wellness Gurmar Tea’s main and only ingredient is ‘Gurmar’ scientific name ‘Gymnema Sylvestre’. Gurmar has long history of use in Ayurveda medicine, specially in diabetics that’s reason it’s also known as ‘Destroyer of sugar‘. Gurmar broadly also in use to correct metabolic disorders, weight loss, cough, malaria, digestive stimulant, laxative, appetite suppressant, and diuretic.

Directions: Place one teaspoonful per cup (120 ml) in a teapot or cup. Pour boiling water directly and infuse for 3-5 minutes. Add sweetener if desired. Strain & serve. Double the strength when serving iced. Best when consumed without milk.
